International Shipping & Delivery FAQs

 

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.


Q: How do you ship packages?

A: All orders will be shipped from international locations and are directly from the manufacturers to your doorstep.

 

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

 

Q: Will there be a customs tax or duties?

A: This will be country specific as some countries require additional customs fees and some do not because of import laws. Given the requirements of a customs tax, the buyer will need to bear the separate cost.

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

  • Australia, New Zealand5-7 Business days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America 5-9 Business days

*This doesn’t include our 2-3 day processing time.

 

Q: Do you provide tracking information?

A: Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

 

Q: My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

A: For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Q: Will my items be sent in one package?

A: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Yes, for sure! We strive to make our customers very happy. If you change your mind, do cancel within the 24-hours time frame to receive a full refund.

 

Q: What if I wanted to change or cancel my order after 24-hours?

A: Unfortunately, orders can't be changed after 24-hours because of our quick handling process. But you can drop us a message from the 'Contact Us' page or directly from the 'Messenger' app on the bottom right screen. We'll try our very best to help to ensure you are 100% happy.
